After a month of fishless cycling, I was ready to plant the ‘Iwagumi’ Slope. Note that the ADA substrate leaches ALOT of ammonia so its recommended to wait on planting certain tissue cultures.
I used Eleocharis Acicularis Mini from Tropica for the carpeting grass. I also put in some Taxiphyllum Barberi Moss from ADA to get some variation – plus moss is a good way to cover the eggcrate scaffolding I used to create the slope in the middle of the tank.
